Ecologistas en Acción is a confederation of around 250 local groups in Spain. We are part of the the social environmentalism movement, which understands that both environmental and social problems stem from a pattern of increasingly globalised production and consumption. We also realise that it is necessary to change this pattern if we are to avoid the worst consequences of the current ecological crisis.
