Action Alliance Together Against the Animal Industry

The Action Alliance “Gemeinsam gegen die Tierindustrie” (Together Against the Animal Industry) is an alliance putting the spotlight on the connections between climate change and animal production. We established the action alliance in July 2019 and are now preparing an action against the animal industry company PHW in Lower Saxony / Germany.

Allerweltshaus (House of the World)

The Allerweltshaus (House of the World) is a special place in Cologne. As an independent and intercultural meeting centre, it is a gathering place for people from a wide variety of backgrounds who work together for solidarity and togetherness on a local, national and international level.

Am Boden bleiben

“Am Boden bleiben” (engl. Stay Grounded) is a German activist group that was founded in 2018. Aviation is the fastest way to the climate crisis. Even though a little percentage of the world population has the money and possibilities to travel by plane, it has an enormous climate warming impact - affecting mostly those who cannot afford flying.

Animal Climate Action

Animal Climate Action (AniCA) was founded in the autumn of 2015 as an activist group putting the spotlight on the connections between climate change and animal exploitation. The group engages both in the climate justice and animal liberation movements and aims at influencing society.

Breakfree Suisse

Breakfree Suisse practices civil disobedience in Geneva since 2016. Geneva has no mines but a lot of banks, so the group mostly does divestment actions. They have done several against Crédit Suisse, a climate criminal financing all the biggest pipeline projects in North America, among other things.

Free Assange Committee Germany

The Free Assange Committee Germany was founded shortly after the capture of Julian Assange in the Ecuadorian Embassy on April 11, 2019. The current members were then looking, independently of each other, for a central contact point for joint protests and actions in Germany.

Free The Soil

In September 2019, Free the Soil will do a mass action against YARA in Brunsbüttel (Northern Germany), to disrupt one of Europe’s biggest nitrogen-fertilizer plants. The action will be one of mass civil disobedience, using bodies and collective determination – to stop the destruction where it’s happening.

Gastivists

Gastivists support grassroots groups who fight new gas infrastructure, facilitate the flow of information between NGOs and local groups, connect people and help build a movement that will stop gas and bring an energy transition.

Gelebte Utopie - Living Utopias

Gelebte Utopie is a community based in central Germany near Göttingen. They have a seminar area open for self organised groups and grow food in their garden. As they are following their hearts, they are active for climate justice, breaking the binary gender definition, against adultism, for freedom for all animals and for a sharing economy.

Limity jsme my (We are the limits) is a bottom-up climate justice movement in the Czech Republic.
